Ontario's Municipal Elections Act sets who can contribute. By donating you confirm:

• I am an individual who is normally a resident of Ontario.
• This contribution is made from my own personal funds and will not be reimbursed by any other person or entity.
• I am not a corporation, trade union, or registered charity; these are prohibited from contributing to municipal candidates in Ontario.
• My total contributions to this candidate (including the value of goods and services) do not exceed $1,200 for the 2026 election cycle.
• My total contributions to all candidates for the same council in this municipality do not exceed $5,000.
• I understand that if my total contributions exceed $100, my name and address will appear in the candidate's financial statement, which is a public document.
• I acknowledge that contributions to municipal candidates are not tax deductible.
